MARLENE PLANE

Marlene has been involved in the Morgan East Golf Club for longer than I can remember, certainly more than 10 years. Although an avid golfer in the past, Marlene hasn’t been able to play for a while now. Her dedication to the club though, has never waned – she is secretary, chief organiser, cook, barman, cleaner, raffle ticket seller and more. Marlene does whatever is asked of her and much more. Every year she says she’s giving up but we know she won’t, as she secretly loves it.
